To apply for a scholarship, the racer (or parent of a younger racer) must email a letter answering the following questions. All responses will be kept confidential.

• Tell us a bit about yourself (age, ski team, school, etc).

• What values has skiing taught you?

• What do you love most about skiing?

• Describe your financial hardship (limited income, job loss, medical bills, educational expenses, unusual situations, etc).

• What sacrifices have you made to continue your athletic journey?

 

Next, have a non-family member coach or teacher email a recommendation to  joshrussellfoundation@gmail.com.

This season's application deadline is December 1. Scholarships will be awarded by December 10.
